to fill-in the simple Flooring Sales Record Form to receive an entry for each sale. The winner will be randomly
selected and announced on Monday October 2nd, 2017.

GUARANTEED CASH. During this promotional period, everybody can also earn guaranteed cash. Retail Sales Associates
will receive $50 cash for each Flooring Sale* starting on the 3rd Flooring Sale* made during this promotional period, and
each one after. And the best part? There’s no limit to how much you can earn.
