Happy 1st Anniversary, All Tile and CCS!

Happy Anniversary!

It has been 1 year since All Tile and CCS became sister companies.

In many aspects, nothing has changed. In other aspects, a whole lot has changed!

After the announcement of our deal on February 10, 2014:

We quickly sought and received approval from our major suppliers and our major customers.  There was quick acceptance by all of our suppliers and customers, and most viewed it as a great opportunity to expand their business in the future due to the great long-term stability that the combined companies offered.

On March 1, 2014, the deal was completed and our new reality started.  We became the 4th largest flooring and supplies distributor in the country overnight.

The plan for both companies is growth. This growth will be accomplished through all of us working smart and taking advantage of opportunities that are out there for us. The market has a clear understanding of what All Tile focuses on, above the floor, and what CCS focuses on, which is below the floor. Both are great at what they do, and both brands will continue to expand and grow.

In 2015, we look forward to improving even more. This will include geographic expansion as well as continued investment within our existing branches and infrastructure.
